If you want to win a copy of YOUR PLANET OR MINE?, tell me who your favorite alien is (literature or television). Mine is John Crichton of Farscape. 
Truth be told, John (played by Ben Browder) is human in an alien landscape, which makes him the alien (and quite the sought-after individual). Plus, he just looks good in leather pants.

Tough one.. I'd have to go with Superman though. He'll always be my favorite alien!
I was gonna say ALF, but he is not that hot...LOL. Hmmm...Superman was a good alien.
Jason Behr from "Roswell" was pretty cute and is probably one of my faves.

Vin Diesel in The Chronicles of Riddick
Loved Roswell! Brendan Fehr is my favorite from that show.
Ben is yummy. Another alien that is delicious is Jason Momoa who plays Ronan Dex on Stargate Atlantis.
These are all great picks. Van Diesel would have been my first choice. Are we only talking hot guys?
What about Signoury Weaver in Alien Resurrection? Her intensity was pretty sexy.
Favorite alien, the only ones I can think of are ALF and Superman (the dean cain version)

My favorite is Ethaniel (Cameron Bancroft) from Code Name: Eternity.
I don't know about hot but E.T is definitely my favorite alien.

I think my picks would be Superman and Riddock/Vin Diesel. Superman has that form hugging costume/suit and as for Vin Diesel, well I always was one to fall for a great pair of eyes.
I really like John, too. I love Farscape and have the set of DVDs to watch whenever I get the urge. Another sort of alien/human that amuses me (but isn't cute) is Doctor Smith from the old TV series Lost in Space. He always makes me laugh :-)
Nathan Fillion, Mal from Serenity. Wounded warrior type. Just love those. (he counts right?)
Tuvok from Star Trek Voyager. He has so in control, I want to see him lose it. Not to mention he just has something about him.
Dean Cain Superman was HAWT too.
My favorite alien is Rulagh from the book THE HUNTRESS by Barbara Karmazin
I would have to say Jason Behr. I loved that show when it was on.
