Back again to talk reality shows!
In my last blog post I told you a little bit about my upcoming book, Surviving Demon Island, debuting with Bantam Dell on December 26th. In the first demon hunters book, actress Gina Bliss takes part in a reality show, where reality isn’t what it seems.
So let’s talk reality shows here, people. I’m a HUGE fan of reality television. Survivor, Fear Factor, American Idol, Project Runway, Dancing With The Stars, what's that one with the scary chef that yells at people?…you name it, I love it. Not sure I could handle the eating of the bugs, but I think I can sing and dance (don’t we all? *g*).
Since I love, love, love paranormal, I'd love to be on a reality show where you really could kill evil creatures. Arm me with some kickass weapons and sexy hero, send me out there to fight the bad guys and I'm good to go. Oh wait, I wrote a book about that didn't I? *snicker*
In this blog post I’m going to draw a winner from everyone who posts and either tells me which reality show they’d want to participate in, or creates one of their own. I'd want to participate on American Idol, but I can't sing so that's out lol. I think I could do well on Big Brother. I can be sneaky when necessary. :)
i do like amazing race,, just to prove to myself i can outsmart and out run people. and going with a friend or relative
I would like to do amazing race just to see the sights. But I'd lose since I would want to see everything. lol
Probablly Fear Factor or whats the new one wear you redo a house I'm into interior design and I love doing it
Big Brother would be hilarious to be in.
I love Dancing With The Stars so that would be my pick.
Vamps and the City by Kerrelyn Sparks is a great book that deals with a Vampire reality television show made by vamps for vamps. And I am not a reality tv show fan. But, if I could be on one it would be American Idol. But only because it would be hilarious to see the actual judge fighting as it goes on. And I can sing.:-)
Oh i forgot The Amazing Race! That's a good one. I love that show and the travel is incredible!
Big Brother is oh so snarky - another fun show *snicker*
I'd like to go on THE BIGGEST LOSER and lose about 60 pounds. AMAZING RACE would be cool.
I like BIG BROTHER but I'd have to smack all the young smartasses in the house.
Dancing With The Stars would be my choise.

Oh, no one said Survivor so far! It was the first and still my favorite. I'm not personally good at physical stuff but that really isn't the most important part of the show I don't think. Yep, I pick Survivor :)
The yelling chef show is appropriately called Hell's Kitchen I couldn't imagine being in that show,but I do like watching the dysfunction of it though,lol. I like Amazing Race,Big Brother, Dancing w/the Stars, Survivor,Trading Spaces[along w/other design shows]and American Idol.The only one I could imagine doing is Big Brother.

For some reason, I've been watching this years show...I like the red-readed twins...
I love Dancing With the Stars, but since I can't dance I would go with American Idol. Would do Fear Factor, but I couldn't eat any bugs or do anything gross. lol
Definitely Big Brother, esp. if somehow they could bring chilltown back *g* Or dancing with the stars would be cool
I love watching Project Runway. Not sure I would really participate in a reality show though. However, I wouldn't mind going on Amazing Race for the travel opportunities or one of the Design shows for a new room.
If I could create a reality show of my own...maybe I would do a Big Brother-like show in a haunted house (a real haunted one or one with special effects) where they have to survive for a month with someone being eliminated or "killed" off. Or a murder/crime mystery reality show where they have to solve the crime like Nancy Drew or a detective.

I would like to be on a haunted house reality show (I think there is or was one)
Get a group of people, put them in a haunted house and let the ghosts fly

Love to be on Amazing Race, but only in my dreams. Would be fun, though, to watch my kids do it. Aren't they ready for another set of twins?
There's this show called Ghost Trackers. It's a show where a person goes into a place that's reported to be haunted with equipment to measure tempurature, sound and a camera facing them and one facing the room. And they go, in the dark, from room to room listening and looking for signs of paranormal activity. They describe everything that they hear, see and any feeling they get while exploring. The camera also captures everything that they're witnessing. The people are judged by a panel by how well they explored, if they utilized the equipment fully, even how afraid they seemed and willingness to be there. Basically did they do everything they could to look for paranormal activity. It's a great show to watch and I'd love to be on it.
Bg Brother or Amazing race are the shows I would want to participate in.

I love reality shows and would probably participate in half of them just because I could, even If I wouldn't win. I love Survivor and would do that one. I would also try American Idol and Dancing with the Stars. I wouldn't mind being a part of Extreme Home Make-Over, Ghost Hunters or Most Haunted. Just about any show can be fun if you get into it. And I think I would do well because I would not be in it for money but rather for the fun of it and proving to myself what I was capable of.
Sagittarius - I've seen that Ghost Trackers or Ghost hunters show - LOVE it! Scares the bejeebers out of me half the time...which I just love *grin*
Jaci-it scares me most of the time too, but I keep finding myself watching it just to see what'll happen next. Adrenaline, mystery, things that go boo in the night...sounds like a good show to me. :P
I want to take part in the Amazing Race because it's kewl to get to visit different places.
