I just have to share!! CARPE DEMON is # 7 on the Booksense Summer Paperback Picks list!!!! I'm SO THRILLED!! (Click the link to see the whole list. Great company!)
I'm also thrilled that I'm this close (picture finger and thumb really close together) to being finished with the book I'm currently working on. I have a feeling it's going to be an all-nighter, but that's okay.
And tomorrow I have big plans: Rooms2Go is opening a kids store in Austin, and we're buying the kiddo a bedroom set. How's THAT for an exciting life?
As for Star Wars ... sigh. I saw the original 82 times in the theater (that's not a typo) and love the original trilogy. The new stories, though, just don't do it for me, for a whole buncha reasons. And I really think it's the story, not just the fact that I'm a grown-up now. Ah well. I will see the new one in the theater, but I'm not in a hurry.

And for Star Wars, well, these new movies don't have Han Solo. I like them (haven't seen Sith yet) just not as much as the original trilogy.
